Hermes Google Workspace Integration is a private personal automation integration. It is used only with the account holder’s own Google account.

Information accessed

When authorized by the account holder, the integration may access Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts, Docs, Sheets, Tasks, and Google Meet space metadata. Access is limited to the Google OAuth permissions granted by the account holder.

How information is used

Google user data is used only to perform actions and answer requests made by the account holder through Hermes Agent, such as reading or drafting email, managing calendar events, and working with files and documents.

Sharing and sale

Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. It is not made available to other users or public services.

Retention and security

OAuth credentials are stored locally in encrypted or access-controlled agent storage and are used only to call Google APIs on the account holder’s behalf. The account holder can revoke access at any time through Google Account third-party access settings.
